Definitely could have done a taller box but the gym goes from 20″ to 30″ with no 24″ box. All in all it was a great workout though, my hips felt a bit smoked after deadlifts yesterday and the Bear today so the lower height was fine. I’m happy to be doing heavier KBS now! I’ll have to finally add a 1.25pood and 1.5pood to the garage gym.
