Have you ever wondered if there was any validity to the blood-type diets? Oh… I guess I’m the only one.

It seems like garbage to me that having one blood-type would lock you into an ideal diet — humans just love to categorize everything so this seems like one more attempt at putting us all into a box. And making meeeeellions of dollars at it with diet books.

Mark Sisson at Mark’s Daily Apple recently wrote a post on this very topic, laying my curiosity to rest. And the conclusion? Basically you should eat Paleo. Ha! If you need more than just my conclusion and the sound of self-congratulation, head on over and check it out. :)
