Everybody knows who Kelly Starrett is and pretty much everybody I know has his book, Becoming a Supple Leopard. We Crossfit people are like a cult when it comes to this man: he is the God of fixing your broke ass. After my recent run of mobility issues (knee, shoulder, hips) I decided the book was a sound investment and picked up my own copy. Admittedly I haven’t done many of the exercises yet, but the ones I have tried definitely help. Like smashing the sh!t out of your pecs when your shoulder hurts. Or doing the couch stretch when your hips are so tight you can’t even do a normal squat, instead looking like an 80 year old with an artificial hip. I do expect some miracles though and can’t wait to read the whole book!
